All are required to follow the company’s rules and to perform their work in safe manner. Our standards demand that each supervisor and foreman be responsible for implementing the John Charles Midwest, Inc. safety program and to train employees in safe work practices and procedures. The John Charles Midwest, Inc. project superintendent has the ultimate responsibility for safety and accident prevention at each project site.
