Plan Room Login and Access Requests

Welcome to the Plan Room. 

John Charles Midwest offers our Plan Room to Pre-Qualified Subcontractors, to download our posted plans, specifications, and addenda. This feature gives our Subcontractors the ability to download, view, and choose to print the pages that they need for bidding, as well as getting updates, revisions, addenda, etc. the instant that they are posted.  Beyond our online Plan Room, we offer Subcontractors to review plans and project documents at our main office by appointment.  

Pre-Qualified Subcontractors are notified via e-mail of new projects, revisions, addenda’s, and other project materials as they are posted. When a new project is posted Subcontractors will have 10 business days typically to download new project before they are removed from the Plan Room’s FTP Project Retrieval Site.  To become a Pre-Qualified Subcontractor and start bidding, please use the contact link at the bottom, be sure to tell us about your company and provide references and any other pertinent information that will assist us in your Pre-Qualification review.  John Charles Midwest, Inc. holds high standards in providing only the best Subcontractors in the industry to our clients.
